As satisfying as a blueberry muffin can be, those made with juicy, fresh, locally grown fruit are better.
It’s a matter of fact if you get a blueberry muffin in October, it was made with either frozen berries, or berries imported from somewhere like Chile or China.
With an abundance of local produce available year round, we choose to bake with these local ingredients as much as possible. This leads us to be creative in our seasonal baking.
Red Bean muffins? Why yes, we invented those.
Orange Cream? We make those.
Ginger Chunk Muffins? Yes!
